Vita means life. Life is precious, even when it gets difficult or complicated sometimes. I'm here to help you better understand yourself and your circumstances and be an emotional support in times of need. I also believe that everyone has the ability to change given the right circumstances.
I chose to name my counselling services after my aunt, who once said, “everybody should have some counselling, at least once, in their life”. She was 'full of life' and loved and cared for others unconditionally. She enabled me to train in this profession so that I can now offer my help and support to you.
